Once an activity is completed, it appears in the approval module for review. You can view the sheet and all filled-in data before giving your approval. This includes a workflow for punch items, which are automatically submitted for approval once they've been marked as closed, with photos providing additional documentation. Every digital sign-off is automatically recorded as part of the project's history.
